Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained from 100% Ottobratica olives. The olives are harvested exclusively with mechanical procedures and taken to the mill within 5 hours of collection. The care of the land takes place with shredding of the grass and using only organic fertilizers. No chemical fertilizers or herbicides have been used since 1998, when the farm was certified organic.

Il sensory profile is very balanced with a medium level of fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness. The aromatic notes highlight artichoke, pear and almond.
