To better enjoy the food and wine experience and fully enjoy the flavors and aromas of this land,

it is recommended to accompany the dishes with one of the wines we offer.

Calabrian viticulture has an ancient tradition, it came with the Greek colonists who settled around 700 BC

Thanks also to the natural predisposition of the territories and the fertility of the land, the production of wine

it has been abundant and of quality for millennia. Hence the origin of the name Calabria: "Kalon-brion"

literally from the Greek "I make good arise".

In addition to the good house wine, a "Nerello Calabrese", we offer some wines from the local winery

"Tramontana".

Costa Viola: The taste of tradition.

from majestic vineyards, set like jewels in the enchanting scenery of cliffs overlooking the sea

between Palmi and Scilla, Costa Viola wine is born.

It goes well with savory first courses, aged cheeses and red meats.

Two Thousand Twelve: The Harmonic White.

This wine is made from a selection of Greek and Chardonnay grapes. Straw yellow in color with reflections

greenish and with an intense and persistent aroma, with clear sensations of exotic fruit, complete

the maturation with a short passage in barriques.

It goes well with the most delicate first courses, vegetables, fish and white meats.
