Extra virgin olive oil, collected by mechanical procedures and cold pressed within 12 hours of harvesting.

This oil is a blend of Ottobratica and Sinopolese cultivar olives coming 100% from the Le Tre Querce farm.

The care of the land is done by shredding the grass and using only organic fertilizers. No chemical fertilizers or herbicides have been used since 1998, when the company is certified organic.

Over the last few years we have been featured in the Gambero Rosso "Oli D'Italia" guide, in the international "Land of Olive Oil" guide and in the prestigious "Flos Olei" guide which includes only the best extra virgin oils in the world.

We also won 2 silver medals in the international competitions "EVO" and "BIOL".
